Converting 40 kHz ultrasound into audible sound, this leak detector locates compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks in noisy production areas. In addition, automatic laser distance measurement sharpens the leakage rate and cost calculation. Auto-level sensitivity suppresses background noise without manual adjustment.

Compressed air leaks are invisible, inaudible and expensive. This LD Pro + detector converts 40 kHz ultrasound into sound a technician can hear, locating leaks in compressed air, gas and vacuum systems from several meters away and without shutting anything down.
Works in a running plant
Auto-level technology adjusts sensitivity to the surroundings and suppresses background noise, so detection works on a live production floor without manual trimming. Sound-proof headphones and a directional tube isolate the source, and a laser pointer marks it for the repair team.
Documented, costed and reportable
An integrated camera stores each leak in a real image, and the instrument calculates leakage in l/min and its annual cost. USB export feeds the Testo Leak software for reports suitable for ISO 50001 audits.
