Constructed by accurately placing a coiled, nickel-chromium element wire in the center of this heater and embedding it in magnesium oxide (MgO)-based insulation compacted into a solid mass to create excellent heat conductivity and high dielectric strength. Finally, this heater is enclosed in aluminized steel sheath.
