The TECH OT-MD BLACKOUT BUILD-OUT features our V-SWAP™ system, allowing for customization of the interior pocket layout by simply swapping panels for different storage layouts. This bag features a center storage space that houses a repositionable insert box with a magnetic lid that can be used as a parts tray. Added depth increases the capacity and stability of this bag.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLACKOUT AND A BLACKOUT/BUILD-OUT BAG? Two panels are automatically included with a Blackout bag. You do not choose them. For the Tech OT-MD Blackout, the 5x3 Pocket Panel and the 4x4 Pocket Panel are included with that bag. The “Blackout Build-Out” version requires you to purchase any two panels you want. Both allow you to purchase any additional panels for various configurations and have maximum flexibility to handle any job.
