This pneumatic trash compactor utilizes a double-action ram with a 16" (40.6 cm) stroke to compress 8 cubic feet of waste in under 60 seconds. Technicians load material through a 24.5 x 14.3" (62.2 x 36.3 cm) hopper door and use the integrated baling twine to secure 35 lbs (15.9 kg) bales for immediate disposal. Additionally, the compactor is mounted on 4" (10.2 cm) lockable wheels for mobility and includes an automatic door locking mechanism for operator safety during the compaction cycle.

Securing the tie rods of the air cylinder on the UTC920 trash and pail compactor, this M16 x 2 nut holds the cylinder assembly together as the double-action ram drives its 16" stroke. It replaces a lost or damaged tie rod nut during cylinder service.

Replacing the loading door of the UTC920 trash and pail compactor, this hopper door assembly covers the 28 x 18.5" opening through which paper, masking tape, plastic and pails are loaded. The door is part of the compactor's automatic door locking system, which keeps it closed during each compacting cycle.

Uni-Ram TWN-2500 Poly Twine, 2500 ft, for the UTC900R and UTC920 TWN-2500

Used on UTC920 and UTC900R trash compactors, this poly baling twine comes in 2500' (762 m) boxes. Setup calls for two boxes, installed on the twine holder shelf at the rear of the machine. After compacting, the operator cuts the twine to length to tie the bale.
