Replacing the suction pipe and drain hose in the wash pail of a spray gun washer, this assembly is supplied without an inlet filter so the existing metal filter can be reused. The suction pipe feeds wash solvent to the pump, and the drain hose is disconnected whenever the pail is removed.

The removable metal inlet filter screws onto the end of the suction tube inside the wash pail and keeps debris out of the pump and cleaning tank. Clean it monthly in clean solvent and tighten it by hand only.
