Test the input and output of an integrated circuit with this TPI NC6GY 14-Piece Micro and Nano Surface-Mount Oscilloscope Test Clip Set. Each surface-mount test clip features a gold-plated hood and contact, as well as a fluorine-resin-coated barrel, to help ensure reliable, accurate testing. The hold bar connects multiple clips together, so you can measure multiple leads on the same circuit, and the included hot and ground leads make it easy to connect the nano and micro clips to the end of your oscilloscope probe.
