Optris OPTCTI4MLSFCB3 Offers

The CTi 4M high-speed infrared thermometer features an exceptionally fast exposure time of 110 μs, making it ideally suited for precise temperature measurement in high-speed or rapidly changing processes. Due to its unique mid-wavelength sensitivity and a temperature range from 32 to 932°F (0 to 500°C), the pyrometer Optris CTi 4M is suitable for measurements across various materials, like metals, metal oxides, ceramics or any material with unknown or changing emissivity. The pyrometer is a great alternative to LT sensors for high speed and low-temperature applications of challenging materials. The electronics box of the measuring device allows a flexible terminal device through selectable analog outputs as well as various optional digital interfaces.

Features

  • Mid-wavelength spectral range of 2.2 to 6.0 μm
  • Ultra-fast response and exposure times, exposure down to 90 to 110 μs and response time around 300 to 320 μs, with high sampling frequency
  • Wide low-temperature measurement range from 32 to 932°F (0 to 500°C)

Applications

  • High-speed packaging and forming processes
  • Ceramics, metal oxides, and composite processing
  • Semiconductor support and low-temp metal applications
