Designed for thermocouple terminations, this Type K male 3-prong snap-in thermocouple panel jack pairs a glass-filled nylon body with a -20 to 356°F (-29 to 180°C) rating. It accepts stranded or solid thermocouple wire and uses ANSI/IEC color coding for fast, correct connections. It is also well suited for connecting thermocouple wire and probes to extension wire and instruments.

Mounting hardware has been eliminated in the TPJ-style panel jacks by including the retaining spring clips as a part of the body design. A small tab and notch are provided to maintain straight, even rows without the need for precision machining. The TPJ color-coded jacks accept OTP-style 3-prong male connectors, and are available in ANSI calibrations J, K, T and E, as well as uncompensated for RTDs and thermistors.
