This extra-long linear strain gauge has a 350 Ω grid measuring 1.181 x 0.118" (30 x 3 mm) on a polyimide carrier. It operates over -103 to 392°F (-75 to 200°C) with Solder Pad. It suits strain measurement on concrete and experimental stress analysis.
The measuring grid is formed by etching constantan foil, which is then completely sealed in a carrier medium composed of polyimide film. The extra-long linear pattern is used for strain measurement of inhomogeneous (non-homogeneous) materials.
