Designed for thermocouple terminations, this Type K female miniature thermocouple panel jack pairs a glass-filled nylon body with a -20 to 356°F (-29 to 180°C) rating. It accepts stranded or solid thermocouple wire and uses ANSI/IEC color coding for fast, correct connections. Moreover, it is used for connecting thermocouple wire and probes to extension wire and instruments.

The MPJ Miniature Panel Jack requires less than half of the panel area required by the standard size version. A simple push-on clip is all that is required to retain the connector in a rectangular cutout, or the optional MSS snap strip can be used to mount a row. Angled terminal screws allow wiring to be done after panel assembly.
