Designed for direct surface heating, this 0.5 x 4" (12.7 mm x 10.2 cm) polyimide film flexible heater delivers 5 W at 2.5 W/in² on 28 V. Its etched Inconel 600 foil element is encased in chemical-resistant polyimide just 0.010" (0.25 mm) thick, with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for direct mounting.
