Made for field and panel wiring, this Type R/S female standard thermocouple panel jack has a glass-filled nylon body rated for use over -20 to 356°F (-29 to 180°C). It accepts stranded or solid thermocouple wire and uses ANSI/IEC color coding for fast, correct connections. It is also well suited for connecting thermocouple wire and probes to extension wire and instruments.

OMEGA's panel jacks contain two female, collet-type, spring-loaded connectors that will accept any standard male thermocouple connector. The panel jacks are molded of high-impact, glass-filled nylon and are numbered. The alloys of the inserts match ANSI thermocouple grade calibrations.
