Designed for air velocity measurement, this hot-wire air velocity transmitter reads 0 to 5000 FPM (0 to 25.4 m/s) with an accuracy of ±2% of full scale or ±15 FPM, whichever is greater. It uses a fixed 1/4" (6.35 mm) dia x 12" (30.5 cm) sensor and provides a 4 to 20 mA output and an SPST alarm relay on 15 to 24 V DC. Great for HVAC duct and airflow monitoring.

The FMA900A Series measures air velocity and provides an analog output proportional to the air flow, and one SPST relay contact closure for high alarm operation. The alarm set point is adjustable from 0 to 100% of the air flow range. The unit comes with one green power LED, and one red LED for alarm indication.

The FMA900A Series are used in research and development labs, HVAC applications, exhaust/ventilation hoods and other manufacturing processes. The sensor probe comes in two configurations, fixed mount 12" (305 mm) probe and remote 12" (305 mm) probe with 15' (4.5 m) of shielded cable.
