Designed for portable temperature measurement, this waterproof digital thermometer reads temperature through an attached probe across -10 to 110°C (14 to 230°F). It is accurate to ±1°C and resolves to 0.1°C (0.1°F). The probe connects through a 1500 mm (59") cable with a locking mini phone plug, and the unit runs on an alkaline battery. Great for food and laboratory temperature checks.
