The RFOT-HDA is a probe attachment for the RFOT data logger. The device is built for use with hot dogs, sausages, and other small meat products.
To use, simply slide the RFOT-HDA over the RFOT probe, then mount in place using two set screws. Next, insert a meat product through the o-ring onto the probe. The RFOT-HDA will guide the product into place, ensuring that the probe is inserted into the center of the product. Internal temperature can then be logged and analyzed using the RFOT data logger.
The RFOT-HDA is also available in a smaller version called the RFOT-HDA-SM, which can be used with the RFOT-SMP (2.5" probe) data logger.
