Using the Madgetech EGMS EggTemp Data Logging System, you can test the temperature and humidity of eggs during shipping, storage and incubation. It responds to the environment just the way a real egg would to help provide accurate readings. The included memory stores up to 32,767 readings and retains data, even when the battery's been discharged, for added peace of mind.
