The Fluid Pressure and Temperature Logger is an essential tool for continuously monitoring fluid pressure and temperature in various applications, including water supply systems, fire sprinkler systems, refrigerant gas, filter conditions, and hydraulic systems. By tracking pressure changes and utilizing its alarm function, maintenance crews can immediately detect anomalies, diagnose issues more efficiently, and receive notifications before system failures, enabling predictive maintenance. BLOCK’s pressure monitoring capabilities in pressurized systems can alert users if pressure drops, helping prevent costly issues by addressing them promptly. Additionally, its pulse counter digital input can be connected to any source of pulses, such as mechanical water meters, gas meters, people counters, or proximity sensors, to track energy consumption or other measurable data. It automatically converts pulses into utility units like m3 or kWh, making it ideal for energy management, audits, sub-billing, utility cost allocation, and energy optimization.
With its free cloud-based application, the BLOCK's advanced alarm function can send automated phone calls, text messages, and emails when measured values exceed or fall below adjustable thresholds for two specified parameters, plus digital inputs. Alarms can be triggered immediately or after measurements remain outside the threshold for a set period. Additionally, the system can detect changes in measurement trends, sending email alerts if a specified percentage increase or decrease is detected over time.
