The BLOCK Pulse Counter is a versatile device that can be attached to any source of pulses, such as low-cost mechanical water meters, gas meters, people counters, or proximity sensors, to keep track of energy consumption or other measurable data. It automatically converts pulses into utility units like m3 or kWh, making it an ideal solution for energy management, audits, sub-billing, utility cost allocation, and energy optimization. With its free cloud-based application, BLOCK can send smart alarms when anomalies in energy consumption, leaks, or excessive usage occur, with adjustable thresholds for various time intervals. Additionally, all collected data can be shared with team members through remote access on any device, ensuring seamless collaboration. Equipped with a temperature and humidity sensor, BLOCK also records environmental conditions and can send alarms for temperature deviations, providing a comprehensive monitoring solution.
