The BLOCK Essential is an ideal solution for monitoring temperature and humidity in museums, agriculture, and property management.
Its advanced alarm function sends automated phone calls, text messages, and emails when measured values exceed or fall below adjustable thresholds for two specified parameters, plus digital inputs.Alarms can be triggered immediately or after values remain outside the threshold for a set period. It also detects trend changes, sending email alerts if a specified percentage increase or decrease occurs over time.
A standout feature of the BLOCK Essential is its "Mold Growth" prediction alarm. It continuously monitors ambient temperature and humidity, calculating a "Mold Index" (ranging from 0 to 100) to predict mold growth based on softwood conditions. Users can set alarms for any index level to proactively prevent mold growth. In addition to sending alarms to an unlimited number of recipients, the BLOCK Essential offers data sharing access for unlimited team members.
Paired With its free cloud-based application, it delivers robust data analysis and generates comprehensive reports, records, graphs, min-max-average temperature and RH readings, while tracking the duration of out-of-range conditions. Recording intervals are adjustable from 1 minute to 30 minutes (customizable down to 2 seconds), allowing for tailored data collection. Remote access ensures that securely stored cloud records are accessible from any device, without range limitations, offering unmatched convenience and flexibility.
LoggerFlex prioritizes data safety and security, storing all information in a tamper-proof, FDA-compliant format, with daily backups to safeguard your data. The Digital Tracing feature logs all interactions between users, the web application, maintenance crews, and the data logger in a tamper-proof format, ensuring transparency and accountability for audits.
With two digital ports, BLOCK Essential serves as a powerful WiFi-based flood detector and phone dialer without the maintenance costs of a landline. It supports a sensitive water leak detection cable (optional) and can send calls, texts, and emails to unlimited recipients when water leaks are detected, or when external inputs like fire alarms, door magnets, duress buttons, or PLC triggers are activated.
