Utilizing a color-coded design to identify thickness levels during inspections, this brake lining thickness gauge provides metric measurements from 2 to 12 mm and SAE measurements from 0.0787" (0.2 cm) to 0.4720" (1.2 cm). The all steel construction includes green (8, 10 12 mm), yellow (4, 5 6 mm), and red (2, 3 mm) gauges. All blades are fastened together for ease of use during vehicle service.
