The Fieldpiece VC2G Valve Core Removal Tool features a capture rod that reliably engages the valve core for the first time without fishing to find the lost valve cores. The Fieldpiece VC2G capture tip also includes an interior gasket that the valve core pin presses into to secure it for removal. The valve core removal tool VC2G features a magnet in the cap to prevent the removed valve core from getting lost.

Additional features of the Fieldpiece VCRT VC2G include an exclusive comfort spinner and a free-spinning, rubberized cap to make removing and inserting the valve core while under pressure easier and more comfortable.

All Fieldpiece VCRTs are equipped with a ¼ in. service port fitting that can be swapped in the field with an optional 5/16 in service port fitting for mini-split systems. Fieldpiece VCRTs use industry-standard materials proven to be compatible with common residential and commercial A1 and A2L refrigerants (CFC, HCFC, HFC, & HFO), including but not limited to: R-12, R-22, R-32, R-134a, R-404a, R-407a, R-410a, R-454b, R-507, & R-1234yf. The VC2G valve core removal tool is vacuum rated to 20 microns.

The RVC4 fitting is yellow brass so it is easily identified from the silver zinc-plated brass RVC5 5/16. The Fieldpiece RVC4 includes 5 spare O-rings, a storage, and is A2L compatible.

RVC5 is a 5/16 brass service port fitting for the Fieldpiece VC2G, VC1G, and VC1 Valve Core Removal Tools. The RVC5 is typically used when working on mini-split systems. The RVC5 5/16 fitting is zinc-plated brass and looks silver to easily identify it from the brass fitting that is included with the Valve Core Removal Tools. In addition, the RVC5 includes 5 spare O-rings, a storage tube, and is A2L compatible.
