Using the Digi-Sense 08519-50 Type-J Self-Adhesive Tape Probes with Mini Connectors, you can get fast, highly accurate temperature readings. Each probe features Kapton tape, which can stick to most surfaces and withstand high temps. The probes also come with Type-J mini connectors for simple setup.
