Offers several benefits over other forms of measurement, such as hydrometers. The PAL-MAPLE only requires about a teaspoon of sample to measure the Brix, which is much less than a full hydrometer cup. Our instrument is also capable of handling high temperature samples, and will even automatically compensate the readings for temperatures up to 75 ̊C!
Using the PAL-MAPLE is easy - Just fill up the sample area and press "Start" to get a reading within 3 seconds. The unit is water resistant to withstand cleaning under a faucet, and it is small and light enough to fit in your pocket. The PAL-MAPLE runs off of regular AAA batteries, and like other ATAGO instruments, it is built to last.
