This rugged instrument has a wide range of applications where an accurate record of length is required. It is a strong, heavy duty unit for use on calenders, tenters, rolling, ribbon winding textile machinery and almost all other continuous manufacturing processes.
Designed for continuous, high-speed operation measuring cable, rope, tubing, or wire up to 15 mm in diameter, these measuring machines are equipped with two adjustable tension springs that are mounted externally and can be unhooked from their anchor. The measuring head can be pivoted up to a backstop to facilitate threading.
