It's not just a new pressure calibrator or a new pressure recorder. It's a field calibrator that can display recorded data graphically on a high resolution screen. No need to stop a test to analyze data on a PC. Stored data, or data being recorded can be displayed graphically, with the ability to zoom into specific events, or zoom out to get a big picture of your test. There's never been anything like this!
For the past few years you have provided us with valuable feedback that helps us improve our products to better serve your pressure measurement needs. Once again, Crystal Engineering listened to your feedback. We are pleased to announce the release of our improved XP2i.
New nickel plated aluminum enclosure is sealed to IP 67 (waterproof to 1 meter) and offers better corrosion resistance
Backlight is twice as bright, but batteries last just as long
10% larger LCD window for a larger viewing angle
Internal pressure is equalized by a GORE-TEX® filter
75% more resistant to damage if the gauge is used instead of a wrench to install/uninstall
Improved sensor ribbon cable clearance for rear port and panel mount gauges
New boot* is easier to install, has improved RS-232 port sealing and new internal water drainage channels (the new and old boots are not interchangeable).
All XP2i gauges are now CSA, IECEx and ATEX certified intrinsically safe. No need to order separate part numbers for ATEX/IECEx.
Battery replacement is with standard slotted screws (no more allen head screws on ATEX gauges)!
The DataLoggerXP™ software, working in tandem with the XP2i Digital Pressure Gauge, allows you to record up to three thousand measurements, on an intrinsically safe, fully temperature compensated pressure gauge. With the XP2i's long battery life, you can take measurements for up to three months, without the need for external power supplies or battery replacements.
Why carry a toolbox of pressure gauges and modules?... when a Crystal Model 30 Series Pressure Calibrator can do the whole job! Accurately measure vacuum to 3000 PSI with one pocket sized pressure calibrator - without extra modules.
M1’s are rated in percent of reading - like deadweight testers - but unlike deadweight testers, they're not affected by ambient temperature (or local gravity). M1's are fully temperature compensated, so the accuracy is the same over the entire operating temperature range, and they can be used to measure vacuum. Because the rating is "of reading" - one M1 can often replace two or more ordinary gauges!
MultiCal™ transforms a multimeter into a precision pressure calibrator. Each of the four MultiCal™ pressure modules has two ranges. Choose the module with the ranges you most commonly use.
The GaugeCalXP™ is a self contained, precision hydraulic pressure comparator intended for the calibration of pressure gauges rated up to 700 bar or 10,000 PSI.
The FastCalXP™ Calibration Software is designed to be the cornerstone of an easy to use calibration system consisting of one or more Crystal gauges or calibrators and the GaugeCalXP™ Pressure Comparator.
Crystal Engineering offers a range of accessories for test and calibration of pressure instruments in the field. Included in this datasheet are portable pressure sources (handpumps); leak-free fittings and hoses that easily connect to pumps, gauges, and other devices without the need for tools; waterproof carrying cases; and complete carry-case kits that include all of the accessories you need for specfic Crystal gauges and calibrators.
